Naturally, there are a few details:

• Submissions must be received by September 10, 2008 in order to be displayed at our first creative gathering on the 16th.
   
• T-shirts can be any color available in a Hanes Beefy-T, and designs can be full-color.  Your design must be unisex.
   
• Use one of the supplied EPS templates to create your design.  Male Model ♦ Female Model
   
• We'd prefer submissions to be in PDF format, and you must have production-ready artwork available if you win.

Three Winners

Amazingly, you have three chances to have your artwork proudly worn by the Alexandria community.

1. Creative Event Winner.  Submissions will be printed (on paper) and displayed in a special voting area, and attendees of our September 16th event will cast ballots for their favorite t-shirt.
    
2. Internet Community Favorite.  Online voting will begin September 17th*.  Votes will be accepted until October 31st, so be sure to have your friends back you up!
    
3. Board's Choice.  The Board of Directors will select their favorite.  We're creatives too, so be sure to "wow" us!

Then What Happens?

Winning t-shirts will be released over the next year, available for purchase (proceeds going to fund the Initiative) through the website and at our events.  Winners will receive their wearable artwork (when that run is released), and receive a $100 cash prize.

*Please note: We may decide to extend the deadline if we haven't received enough submissions.
