Position Description
We are seeking a student designer with at least some experience in multiple disciplines, including identity, print, web and exhibit. Belmont specializes in creating and implementing comprehensive strategic branding solutions. Our atmosphere is customer?centric, team oriented, and creatively charged. The right person will be an ultra?creative self?starter with the desire and ability to collaborate on a variety of project types.
A stipend will be available for this position. Length and schedule of internship are negotiable.
Qualifications
A friendly and positive attitude and adherence to deadlines and timelines is a must. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is also a must. Web design experience is appreciated. Must demonstrate a strong capacity to work in a team environment, as well as independently. Must be able to adjust to multiple and shifting priorities, be meticulous and organized, thorough and detailed; be able to meet deadlines and manage time effectively. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proof reading, grammar and spelling.

Belmont specializes in creating and implementing comprehensive strategic branding solutions. Our atmosphere is customer?centric, team oriented, and creatively charged. The right person will be an ultra?creative self?starter with the ability to collaborate and develop solutions that respond effectively to customer goals.
Qualifications
Candidate must have at least 2-10 years professional design experience. Please apply ONLY if you have experience interacting with clients, collecting and coordinating files for print, and working within customer requirements. A friendly and positive attitude and adherence to deadlines and timelines is a must. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is also a must. Web design experience is appreciated.

Job Description: Use desk-top publishing software or advanced word processing capabilities to perform basic tasks associated with activities such as laying out text, graphics, and pictures on a page; integrating text and graphics; increasing or decreasing the size of charts, graphs, or pictures; and using multiple styles and sizes of type.
Minimum Qualifications: Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; Able to produce high-quality work in a timely manner; Demonstrated ability in converting various file formats from one format to another; Demonstrated ability with version control process; Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; Proficient in at least one desktop publishing package such as Adobe Framemaker, PageMaker, InDesign, or Quark Xpress; Flexibility adapting to deadlines, changing schedules, priorities and unpredictable events; High degree of organizational skills as well as attention to detail and accuracy; Strong knowledge and practical application skills in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure; Knowledge of graphic programs (Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop preferred); Must be able to work well under pressure; Must be able to work overtime (evenings & weekends), if needed. Active Security clearance preferred. BA degree or a minimum of 3-4 years experience.

Job Description: Planning, coordinating and executing all logistics for off-site meetings and workshops; handle all aspects of visits, conferences, tours, social functions dealing with high level executives within the agency. Advise high level executives on DoD military customs, courtesies, decorum, policies, assist in managing recognition programs and special ceremonies Scheduling rooming, travel arrangements, and catering for attendees; Organizing workshop registrations and rosters; creating calendar of events; Coordinating hotel shuttles and car service as needed; Ordering appropriate supplies and equipment for meetings and workshops; Conducting market research to obtain the best price with all hotels for meeting space, rooms and banquets; and maintaining database of all contracts for all events.
Minimum Qualifications: Possess communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and vendors; Be solution oriented when dealing with challenges and opportunities and able to prioritize shifting demands; Accountability: Takes ownership of events with extreme attention to detail, organized and meets deadlines; Ability to read and understand contracts and invoices; Ability to work independently, exercising judgment and initiative; Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when needed; Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook; Strong administrative background with 3+ year’s prior event planning/hospitality experience. Experience with DoD Protocol Events Coordination. BA Degree or 4-5 years of experience.
